Thank you for making clean bras like this. I'm very sensitive to touch, so I was worried about the lack of stretch, but I sized up on the band and it's actually very comfortable. I have very small boobs, so the cups don't look "filled" but I still love the vintage look! Will definitely buy again and looking to to replace my entire wardrobe!
I received my bra in double quick time. It's amazingly comfortable, easy to wash and wear, and yes, it's compostable! Though I think it will be a while before it hits my compost bin. I'll be back for more soon.
Love the comfort of the bra and better shape for me with the added pads. Unfortunately the seam between the top of the metal V and the shoulder straps lifts up and creates a strong raised line under tops.
Hi Megan, so sorry this is happening for you. Are you able to tighten the straps so it sits firmer to the body? This might help 🙏
I am in love with this bra. At first, I thought it was a tight fit but it stretched just a tiny bit so I am glad I didn't exchange for bigger size. It is now so comfortable that I don't need to take it off when I get home. I now have 3 The Very Good Bras and I can't wear anything else.
Lovely bra, great fit. The best bit for me is the extremely comfortable feel on my skin. It’s been a 5 year long search for a suitable bra post developing an allergy to nylon, polyester and fabric dye amongst others. I tried everything out there and this is the first time I have found great fit, reasonable control on my small chest bigger cups. I am typically a UK size 34 E-F. Strongly suggest using the size guide to work out best possible options. I fall between band sizes and need a full cup coverage to make a good fitting. I’m delighted this bra gets me close enough. My only wish is that it comes in natural undyed or white cotton, then it would be perfect.
This is my 5th Bra by the very good Bra. It’s a great colour, great shape and feels lovely. If you want to show yourself some love switch your underwear over completely! Life’s too short for ill-fitting plastic underwear that gives you thrush and harms the environment.
I love the pyjama top I purchased. The material is so soft and comfortable and I love the fact that it is all natural. It is also so stylish and looks fabulous on.
I have been looking for a cotton bra forever and to find one made in Australia was amazing! I am typically an 8F but the 8E fit well and I’m so thankful to find a cotton bra with various sizes! I would love this style in a black or a white as well!!

Really comfortable material. Nice feel against the skin. But in terms of actual support, the band is way too stretchy. I feel like I'm moving all over the place when I walk around, and it's not comfortable. Bummer as I can't wear!
I ordered this according to my measurement and fit was tight overall. It was on the last hook and felt constrictive. But that said it was the closest I had come to a good bra in 20 years. I did return it and go with the recommendations from helpful staff. Fingers crossed I will finally have a comfortable bra!
I'm so glad The Very Good Bra decided to include pads with their bras. I hope someday they find the sustainable solution they've been looking for. In the meantime, I adore the fit and feel of this tencel bra!
I don't know what is different about the pansy bra, but it is the most comfortable of the four Very Good Bras I own. I feel like the bottom band is longer than the others. Whatever the reason, it is the cutest and most comfortable bra I own!
I love my new cotton bra! I am in Greece and I really could not find a 100% cotton bra anywhere in Europe. The quality is amazing and the size was exactly what I expected. Unfortunately the shipping came with customs duties which I didn't know - so the total was more expensive than what I anticipated but my bad for not knowing that.
Extremely comfortable. I really like the option of having removable pads. Have been very pleased with the bra and will definitely buy from here in the future.
These are the only everyday bras I wear. The natural fibres are soft and comfortable to the point I forget I have one on.

I bought 2 of these in blue and pink and I really love the colours - they are soft and flattering on my skin. They are lovely to sleep and lounge in. Plus they are organic cotton with no plastic which means they are totally sustainable and help nature to survive the Anthropocene. Thanks to Steph for her hard work to make this happen.
I love these undies. I bought them to match my Tencel bra and they look very sexy as a set and are super comfortable. Different to the cotton ones which have a cute little split in each bottom leg side which I really like, these are not split but they are still great. I really like that they use natural rubber elastic so there is no plastic in this product at all which means the world will have just that little bit less plastic waste and they can compost in my garden in years to come.
