BRA MEASUREMENT GUIDE
We recommend you start with the size that you wear and fits you comfortably now, but if this is your first Very Good Bra it's well worth measuring and checking against the below.

With no spandex our bras do fit a little differently and can feel firmer around the under-bust. This is reflected in our size guide where you will see the sizes overlap. Some customers with the same under-bust measurements have a preference for a firmer or looser fit, as you will see in the overlap. If you're on the cusp of sizes, then choose which you'd feel more comfortable with, a little firm or a little looser. We take domestic exchanges and both international and domestic returns if your bra doesn't fit.
To use the size guide, measure your under-bust for the band size, and around the largest point of the bust for the cup size. Wearing a thin, soft cup bra whilst doing this should give you the most accurate measurement, and please note all the below are in centimetres (cm).
As above if you feel between sizes, if you decide to go up or down a size on the band, to keep the same cup size, you need to also go up or down one cup size, ie a 12/34C is the same cup size as a 10/32D and a 14/36B. Confused??
Feel free to reach out and ask for any help at any time by emailing us at hello@theverygoodbra.com for extra assistance, ideally with the size and brand of the bra you're currently wearing, as well as your under and over bust measurements as above. **US CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO READ THE BLOG EXPLAINING WHY A 32" UNDERBAND ISN'T A 32 BAND SIZE!
BRIEFS MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Use the table below to find your best briefs sizing. Only Very Big Knickers require a waist measurement, everything else just needs to get over your hips! As we have no spandex and therefore less stretch, size up if you're on the cusp or if you like a looser fit.
