V For Victory Bra

So far I’m loving these bras. They’re super comfortable and provide just the right amount of support for my 34C size. They are true to size with size chart. Thank you!

I have just unwrapped and tried my 2 new V for Victory bras. They are so comfortable and fit my large bust (38E) really well with good support no less! I will definitely be able to wear them to work without 'bouncing' much. I could have done with a little bit bigger underband but that's ok as I have a band 'extender' that I can use. I am so sick of underwire and at the feel of the elastic band as it gets old then having to throw in the bin.
I am also very pleased to be able to support such and amazing business. It is so impressive that you have stuck to your principals and persevered to make such a lovely environmentally friendly product and filled a gap that needed filling. Thank you!

Very comfy and a great fit - no tags or items poking out that would cause irritation (a massive bonus). The fabric feels really nice on the skin and the fit is superb, I feel supported and comfortable wearing this bra (and my partner thinks it looks pretty good, too!).

Compared to my other vcb's this one stretches a bit more at the band so might consider going diwn a band size next time. Still v comfy though. Love the wider straps! And they've kept their shape unlike my other straps which have become pretty wrinkled (was a 38C, now a D). Would love if you could do this same style in a pale colour for under light tees!

I felt I was taking a risk purchasing TheVeryGoodBra but I am always looking to reduce my carbon and waste footprint so thought I'd give it a go. I've been wearing it for a few weeks now and am amazed at what a perfect fit it is without silly padding and push up wiring. I am 64 and it is very hard to find a bra that looks youthful yet feels good. I look forward to seeing how it composts but will take special care of it so it lasts as long as possible. Will definitely purchase more and tell my friends. Thank you.

I have been purchasing these bras since the beginning and am slowly but surely replacing all old bras with Very Good Bras. They are the most comfortably supportive bras I've ever experienced. They hold my bust in a natural shape. I use them during the day as well as overnight. Ever since having a child I no longer feel comfortable going bra-free. I've also composted at least three of them over the years. It feels great to feed my compost my bras at the end of their lives! With my last order, I purchased three replacement straps and re-strapped three Very Good Bras that were years old. The bra part typically remains in nearly perfect shape while the straps give out with time. It was a simple fix and now it's like I have three new bras!

For me this bra did not fit very close to the sizing chart and sizes I was recommended. I did however have the black bra (in the same size) and it fit.

I love the The Very Good Bra so much, that I brought three different ones! I made sure I purchased the correct bra for me using the Size and Fit configurations, so that I did not get a bra that did not fit me correctly. The material is comfy and feels lovely. All my old bras, the straps always fell off my shoulders, but with The Very Good Bra, it certainly did not, so I am very happy! It also washes well. Love them! Well done!

Love these bras - this is my 4th! So comfortable to wear, and the E cup houses my FF boobs perfectly. Never going back to underwires :)

The other bra was out of stock in my size so I bought the V for Victory bra. It’s so comfortable and I wear it all the time! I have been wearing natural fibre bras for a while, but its nice to get one that fits well and is also supportive for a mid size bust. And the Sage Green is so beautiful (I bought other colours but this is my favourite!)

I really love this bra! It fits so comfortably and gives enough support for my large bosom.

I got both this sage cotton bra and the black tencel bra, and I will say that I much prefer the cotton material as it gives more structure/support to my breasts than the tencel material does.

Can I just say that these bras are sooo good on really hot days. They absorb sweat so no more chafing or rubbing. The skin under breasts is in much better condition than previous summers. Who knew that being green could be comfy too?

I wanted so much to like love this bra but it isn't sufficient for a large busted women. Or at least someone with a slim band and larger bust. The cup itself is well sized but when I ordered I thought that band sizing was for all bras. This is not the case. The band for the V for Victory bra is larger than the the Very Good Bra, so much so that it isn't sufficiently snug even on the last clasp. The very good bra I could close on the clasp before the last. This is quite a difference in band sizing.
I also need to adjust the straps on the bra. I keep doing so and the adjustment doesn't hold, not even for an hour or so. I realize I am a 12E AUD but I think if you are going to sell bras in this size a company should ensure that someone in that size can adjust the bra. I wasn't making large strap adjustments and the strap clip slides back. The clip does absolutely nothing.
I am again going to see what I can do to remedy the situation but I will need to take the bra apart, not what I had hoped for at all. I imagine these are great bras for women who fit them without any adjustments and I applaud the company for their efforts, but the two bras I purchased do not work even though they are my appropriate size according to the Size and Fit on the website. And, none of the issues are with the cups themselves. The cups were sufficiently sized. So, looking again for bras that fit. I will update review if I can easily make adjustments on the bras. Living in the US I don't think shipping back and forth works for sustainability.

I was finally able to buy my first Very Good Bra and chose this style because I love the sustainability and ethics behind the brand, along with the V shape. Not many wirefree bras offer that bust separation and having grown in cup size, I really wanted a 'proper' bra to feel good in. V for Victory has certainly lived up to its name - even sizing has been spot on based on your guide! I feel supported, love the fabric and feel better about my body when I'm wearing it. The only two pieces of feedback I have is the colour is definitely more apple/grass green than the lighter way it appears in the picture here, which is not a shade I like unfortunately. And the adjustable clips on the straps seem to move after I take the bra off so I need to re-adjust them for each wear. Am keen to to buy this style in Black (for a sexy date night feel) and the new Indigo shade. Thank you for such a wonderful bra!

I have two V for Victory bras now and they are excellent! They are a great fit - I used the sizing guides provided on the site and easily worked out my correct fit, and they give me a lovely shape. The bra is also really comfortable. The hazel colour is perfect for wearing under everything especially if you don't want your bra to be noticeable, for example under a sheer or semi-transparent top. I especially love that each bra cares for our precious environment. I am a full convert to this brand.

I’ve been trying to update my wardrobe with more ethical products as clothing wears out. I’ve researched a few ethical and sustainable bra companies, many are also B corp certified but had not found one that was a combination of comfortable and supportive until trying The Very Good Bra. Most others I felt were just glorified sports bras. Found my new bra company and will definitely recommend to friends and purchase more in the future.

The material is soft and the fit and style is very comfortable. A good bra for me is one I don't think about or notice, and that is the case with my first Very Good Bra. I was looking for a natural fabric bra with no underwires. Very hard to find. Thank you!

Because this bra is sold in cup sizes I mistakenly thought the cups would have some soft molding to give me shape. They don't, and the seams are visible under some of my work shirts. Not the right bra for workwear, for me.

I was very exciting about what this bra would be like! The shape that it gives is amazing and it is very comfortable. I wear a 30E and so finding a good bra, let alone one with a great environmental record is not always simple! The band under the cups sometimes isn't flush against the skin for the whole day, but that would be the only minor gripe as I don't even feel it move, nor is it less comfortable. I will definitely be getting this bra again.

Best bra I have EVER owned. I have 4 now. Really good fit. I love it!

I absolutely love the Very Good Bra products. I love to wear them and I love to support Stephanie's efforts. The tencel black and vintage peach bras come in one size smaller and it looks like at least the black ones are being phased out, so I decided to try exactly one size larger in the V for Victory style and it's just too big. I'll donate them to good homes and hope that at least one style with my size remains available. The bras are beautiful and I'd highly recommend them to anyone larger than me. In the meantime, I'm sticking up on small sizes so I can wear these and tell people about them for years to come as all of mine are going strong after extensive use. Thanks so much, Stephanie!

I LOVE my Very Good bras!! By far the best bras I have ever had. These are a must-have!! Perfect fit and support, so comfortable and healthy, and absolutely ethical in every way! I love everything about them!

The bra is really comfortable. In the warmer weather, the bra is so much more comfortable than the synthetic bras. The V for Victory bra are a great improvement over the original bras.
